For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. Where the context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the jun888 Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. jun888 enforces strict age verification and reserves the right to suspend any Account where the Player's age cannot be confirmed.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The jun888 Platform is designed to serve players based in Indonesia. You confirm that accessing and using the Platform is consistent with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform does not violate any local statute, regulation, or ordinance applicable to you.

2.3 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are strictly ineligible to register or maintain an Account:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Employees, contractors, directors, agents, or close family members of jun888 or any of its affiliated companies, game studios, or payment processors;
• Individuals who have been self-excluded or excluded by jun888 following a responsible gaming request;
• Individuals acting on behalf of a third party or using funds that belong to another person;
• Legal entities, corporations, or organisations (Accounts must be held by natural persons only).

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the jun888 Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — constitutes a breach of these Terms. jun888 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any associated balances or winnings.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. jun888 will treat any action carried out through your Account as having been authorised by you. You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

3.4 Account Closure. You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance that meets the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus Funds not yet converted under applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

4.1 Verification Requirements. jun888 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any point, including but not limited to: before processing your first withdrawal, when your cumulative withdrawals exceed a threshold set by jun888, or when there is a reasonable need to verify the source of funds in your Account.

4.2 Accepted Documents. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following:

• A government-issued photo ID — Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months — a bank statement from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or a comparable Indonesian institution, or a utility bill;
• Proof of payment method — a photograph or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) used for deposits;
• A selfie holding your ID document, if requested by our compliance team.

4.3 Processing Time. KYC documents submitted during business hours (09:00–17:00 WIB, Monday to Friday) are typically reviewed within twenty-four (24) hours. Submissions received outside these hours or during Indonesian public holidays may take up to forty-eight (48) hours. Withdrawals will be held pending KYC approval.

4.4 Right to Refuse. jun888 reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal request or suspend an Account if satisfactory KYC documentation is not provided within seven (7) calendar days of the initial request.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods. jun888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available channels may change without prior notice; the current list is displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your Account.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Account cashier at the time of the transaction. jun888 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. High-value transactions may trigger additional review under our KYC and anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via supported local bank transfers and e-wallets are typically credited to your Account within minutes. jun888 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider, including during Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, or other Indonesian public holidays when interbank settlement times may be extended.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Accounts are processed within thirty (30) minutes to four (4) hours under normal operating conditions. Processing times may extend during peak periods or when additional verification is required. Withdrawals will be sent only to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for a deposit.

5.5 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members, friends, or associates — are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jun888 are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered at least thirty times (30×) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. Bets placed on certain game categories — including but not limited to roulette, baccarat, and some table games — may contribute at a reduced rate (as specified in each promotion) towards wagering requirements.

6.3 One Bonus Per Player. Only one welcome bonus or sign-up promotion may be claimed per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through the creation of duplicate Accounts will be treated as a breach of Section 3.1 and will result in Account suspension.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically without notice. Expired Bonus Funds will be deducted from your Account Balance.

6.5 jun888's Rights. jun888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, and to reclaim bonus funds if it suspects a Player of abusing promotional terms, exploiting software errors, or engaging in fraudulent play patterns.

7.1 Certified Fair Play. All games offered on the jun888 Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and togel — are provided by internationally licensed game studios and operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or live-operation technology. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness. jun888 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

10.1 Platform Ownership. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership of or licence to this content beyond the limited right to access the Platform as a registered Player.

10.2 Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative works from any portion of the jun888 Platform without our prior written consent. Scraping, crawling, or using automated tools to extract data from the Platform is prohibited.

11.1 Platform Availability. jun888 strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform scheduled and emergency maintenance at any time. jun888 is not liable for any loss of access, loss of game progress, or financial loss resulting from Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failures.

11.2 No Consequential Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jun888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities.

11.3 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, jun888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the value of the funds held in your Account at the time the claim arose.

11.4 Third-Party Services. The jun888 Platform integrates third-party services including game studios, payment processors, and technology providers. jun888 is not responsible for the conduct, accuracy, or availability of these third-party services. Any disputes with a third-party provider must be resolved directly with that provider.

12.1 Data Collection. jun888 collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described therein.

13.1 Right to Amend. jun888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required to comply with applicable law or to address security concerns.

13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the jun888 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 3.4.

14.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jun888 holds its international gaming licence. 14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and jun888, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through our customer support team. Class actions and representative proceedings are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14.3 Language. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
